I have a Intertherm 30 Gal  Hot water tank in a Mobile home, I would like to know where the Anode Rod is?

I have an idea it is in the hot water port.

the # on the tank is IN1301HMS960E4

Could someone also tell me the Part # or isthere such a thing as a Universal Rod?

I could tell you generally how to hunt for an anode, but since I've never seen an Intertherm, I think the best thing for you to do is contact them and simply ask. Their website is http://www.intertherm.net/.

As for universal anode rods, everybody uses the same port size, so they're all universal.
