I have a tankless water heater that is less than a year old. It is used to heat 2 shampoo bowls (at a hair salon), the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. My problem is that while the hair stylist is shampooing the water will go from hot to cold or warm to scalding right in the middle of shampooing. It seems to happen when the other shampoo bowl is turned on or the toilet is flushed. It has hurt a client by getting really hot. I have tried adjusting the settings on the tankless water heater to no avail. Help!

Hello: If the manufacturer is not able to help you, I'd remove it. Scalded clients are NOT good. Please do keep us informed. I'll add that if you have old steel piping, it may be creating a serious flow imbalance. Yours, Larry
