Hello:  Sorry for the tardy reply... you're in the Spanish section :)  Anyway, it sounds as though there is no flow.  If that's the case, what could stop it?  Possibly heat traps on the heater could do it.  Try running water from the drain valve of the tank.  If it runs well, the blockage must be in the hot outlet or somewhere further downstream.  If you get no continuous flow from the drain, the inlet or supply further up stream must be blocked.  If it isn't already fixed, do try running water from the drain and let us know what you find.
